People, who are members or not, could Ask! a question along the bottom with the comment box, if you please. Here are some 'problems' the Ask! team has provided either at school, home or even public. Our team has divided up different advisors which make it simpler! Enjoy as you read just in case-what if one of your problems is a bit similar?

Ask the Experts, Elizabeth Roger and Rakia Merit

Problem 1:

My new step-sister has been TOTALLY horrid! Since dad moved out mum got this horrid boyfriend and he is living with us with his daughter. She is so annoying and I mean very! One day, she poisoned my dog's food! Luckily, he recovered and I know that it's all my step-sister's fault! What's worse? She makes me do all the house chores, you know. Like scrubbing our outdoor deck, cleaning dishes when mum and my step-dad are out!!! And when I say NO, that it's her turn to clean the house, she just takes two bucks from my pocket money!!! What should I do?

Annoyed Anne (11)

Advise:

Well, seems like you've got LOT'S to work through! Remember, your life is exactly like Cinderella's and think about it! All fairy-tales have good endings! And it seems, like Anne, is that explain to her calmly and gracefully that the work is all her responsibility, not yours. Hope this helps heaps,

Elizabeth Roger

Advise:

Well, the thing you should do is tell your parents, along with your step-father. If you tell an adult, things will go a lot better.

Yours,

Rakia

Problem 2:

There's this boy I meet up in school and he is really rude. He bullies me and my friend, calls us horrid names, cheats on us and makes us get into trouble when it was his fault. Every day, I meet up with him! Plus, his in first period with me, second, third and fifth period! And he's in my homeroom!! Once, he threw my bag with my books and things out the bus window. What should I do?

Greg (14)

Advise:

This boy is very picky, isn't he? Well, give him a piece of his mind! Do more horrible stuff back! See if he likes it for his bag to be thrown out a bus window!

Elizabeth Roger

Advise:

You know what? Leave him alone. Stay far away from him. But if he keeps coming up to you and bully you, just tell the teacher, straight away. By telling an adult, remember, helps HEAPS,

Yours truly,

Rakia

Problem 3:

My friend stole something from the shops, but she didn't get caught. Since we started middle school, my friend has completely changed! She's more gothic and more hippie and rude!! And she has a belly piercing already! She's hanging out with gothic people and hippies, shoplifting with them and my friend says that I have to become hippie and gothic and wear black and shoplift with them if I can be friends with them. What could I do? HELP!!!!

Titiana (13)

Advise:

Your friend is such a ho-bag then! Seriously! The best thing you should do is tell her your feelings. Tell her that she's changing into some geek and moron. Tell her how you feel. If she doesn't care, like a hippie, tell her more about how you feel, honestly and call the police if they shoplift!

Yours,

Elizabeth Roger

Advise:

Well, starting middle school is a great challenge. There are the stupid, I'm sorry to say, people who only care about how cool they are. If they aren't, they tease the unpopular people. Maybe your friends' just are trying to find a way to earn new friends, including you. Give her time, if she keeps being hippie and gothic, make some new friends.

Ask Chrissy and Livy!

Problem 1:

Hey, Chrissy/Livy, I REALLY need your help. I have this feeling my boyfriend's cheating on me. We've been going out for three months and a couple of weeks. One of my friends told me that they saw a rich girl in the school, like pashing with my boyfriend behind the lockers. I'm really upset and worried. He now calls me less and less by day and now, he is avoiding me. I'm feeling sick in my stomach. I told my mum and dad and they just said to get on with it. But how can I? It totally feels like he is cheating on me. What should I do?!

Worried Wendy

Advise:

Hi, Worried Wendy, this is difficult, OK, just give your boyfriend some time, OK? Maybe he isn't or maybe he is.

From, Livy

Advise:

You know what? Ask him if he wants to break up with you to get on with that rich girl. Or, you could just break up with him; let him stand on the spot, mouth hanging open while you're confidently walking away from him. Hope this helps!

Chrissy

Problem 2

My friend has cancer and all I could ever do is visit her every day in hospital, or pray to God. I'm really worried. What can I do?

Anonymous

Advise:

I'm sorry, Anonymous, there is only hope. And hope is in the heart,

Livy

Advise:

I'm real sorry, too, Anonymous. There is hope, as Livy said. Only hope.

Chrissy

Problem 3

Hi, Chrissy and Livy. I'm Endora and I'm having bad moments in my life right now. I failed this end-of-year math test and only got 10/55 in total and my parents aren't really proud. They said I have to 'push the boundaries' in math but how I can? math has been my weakest subject ever. I really want to improve my math but can't find a way. How can I?

From The Worst Math Person

Advise:

Try really hard at school. Listen to the teacher, participate in math's group activities and you'll succeed.

Livy

Advise:

Why not let your parents enroll you in tutoring classes? Tutoring classes help a lot. It may be expensive, but at least you have a chance.

Best wishes,

Chrissy (P.S: I'm not good at maths, either, don't worry.)

Feel like YOU have a problem???????

Comment a problem YOU want to ask either Elizabeth or Rakia, or Chrissy or Livy…

And next week's advisory will be a touch of interest…

Best wishes and hugs,
